About the Maps
The maps currently show the effect of a switch to Land Value Taxation (LVT) on residential homeowner occupied parcels.
For this demonstration, we are reducing the current rate on improvements by 20% and adjusting the rate on land so that the proposed rates are revenue neutral.
Those regions which see a majority of these parcel types save under LVT are shaded green and those regions where less than 50% would save are shaded red. In those regions where there are no residential homeowners, the region will be shaded white. Please select from the list of states to view available maps. After you select a state, you can then view statistics by state, county, ZCTA (the US Census approximation of ZIP Codes) and Census Tracts.

We have the latest assessment data available for the entire state.
Pennsylvania
Currently, we only have data for Philadelphia County. We hope to add data for additional counties soon, as accurate and current assessment data becomes available.
